Warranty: Most products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1-2 years from date of shipment. Little British Car Co, Ltd through its suppliers or manufacturers, at its discretion, will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any part that fails in service within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover shipping, labor, failure of related components or failure resulting from alteration, misuse, accident damage, faulty installation or faulty repair. Liability will not exceed the cost of the original component. Electrical items, Brake pads, brake rotors, clutch pressure plates and clutch discs are not covered under warranty. For warranty service contact us via email. Warranty for all components must be supported by the proper registration documentation (if any) including the original purchase invoice and documentation of the failure.

Back Orders/Orders: Back orders are automatically placed when items are not available unless the NO Backorder option is selected in your order. Back orders remain in the system until cancelled by the customer or unless an items is No Longer Available.

Items that are on back order may be subject to additional shipping charges. In some cases you will be charged for back ordered items at time of order, but they can be cancelled for a full refund (if your card has been charged for the back ordered item) prior to shipment to us from our vendors (special order items may be an exception to this rule). We do not maintain stock on every item on our website and place orders with our vendors daily. Should an ordered (or back ordered) item be shipped to us from our vendors and cancelled prior to shipment to you the customer, there may shipping charge levied for return shipping to our vendors.

To cancel a backorder please email us at LBCarCo@LBCarCo.com with the words Cancel Backorder in the subject line of the email along with the order number and the part number. In the body of the email please indicate your first and last name the date ordered and quantity you would like to cancel.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with any unused, and uninstalled item, it may be returned within 180 days in resalable condition and we will exchange the item for another item or credit your account for the purchase price excluding shipping charges (a small restock charge may apply). Returns over 6 months, but less than 12 months will be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover our processing costs, in-house credit only will be given on account which will be applied to future orders. We reserve the right to charge up to 20% when no invoice is supplied and/or there is substantial work involved to process your return back into stock or returned to our vendors. Items over 12 months old are not returnable. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions you will obtain from us via a return Email once a request for a Return Authorization (RA.) has been Emailed to LBCarCo@LBCarCo.com.  All returns must include all original packaging, and be properly packaged to avoid damage. Refunds, credits or exchanges can not be issued for used, installed, cut, painted or items adjusted in any manner from original or incomplete returns. Electrical items that have been installed, and "Custom" "Drop Ship from Moss or their Vendor" or "Special Order" items can not be cancelled or returned. Tops, tonneaus, and other interior items that have been cut or installed are not returnable. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. We will NOT reimburse additional charges for shipping/packaging services, but may reimburse reasonable freight charges if the return is due to an error by our suppliers or on our part. Please remember to always inspect the parts upon receipt of your order to avoid any difficulties later and notify us within 3 days of receipt should there by any questions or errors. 

Oversized Parts Charge: Please note that effective 4/11/13 Moss has instituted and oversize parts charge for all customers including LBCarCo. Some items are oversized and will be indicated by the word oversized part in your cart along with the fee per item . An oversize parts fee (per item) may be applied to your order. The oversize parts fee will not be charged on orders that ship by truck freight. Orders shipped by air that are oversize, by weight or dimensions, we reserve the right to charge actual shipping and we will notify you in advance if requested on your order by checking the confirm carriage before shipping block.
There will be times that Moss does not indicate that an item has an oversize charge in which case we may not know until the item has shipped. Every effort has been made to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and will not be held liable for inaccuracy of pricing, descriptions or applications.

When Your Order Arrives:
Please remember to inspect your parts immediately upon receipt of your order.

Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform LBCarCo via email (LBCarCo@LBCarCo.com) and contact the carrier and let them know there was a damaged item in your shipment.

Claims for damage during shipping or missing items from a shipment must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.

Keep original box and packing material.

If your order was shipped truck freight please inspect the items on receipt, note damage on the bill of lading when signing the delivery receipt.

If there are any other questions about your order, email LBCarCo within 5 days of receipt of order.

Rush orders may be subject to an expedited handling charge.

Due to the rising cost of processing some orders, all orders under $20 will incur a small order processing charge of $1.00 per order. Any add on order requests or combined orders, when possible, will incur a $1.00 processing fee per order. LBCarCo is not responsible for errors and omissions. Previous orders excluded from sale prices.

As time permits orders may be reviewed and suggestions made, but since this is a self serve website the accuracy of each order is the ultimate responsibility of the customer.

Little British Car Co. or its suppliers are not liable for injury or damage due to incorrect installation or use of their products. All products are sold with the understanding that the safe and proper installation and use of the products is the customer's responsibility.

International orders: The customer is responsible for any duty, taxes, fees and brokerage charges.
